• Sterile Hygiene: Do not touch your face with unwashed hands. Cleanse gently using only cool water and a mild, non-stripping cleanser for the first 24 hours.
• Thermal Abstinence: Avoid hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, and swimming pools to prevent sweat-induced inflammation.
• Skincare Cease: Do not apply any Retinol, Vitamin C, AHAs/BHAs, or heavily fragranced cosmetics for 5 to 7 days.
• Cosmetics: Refrain from applying any makeup or using unsterilized makeup brushes for a full 24 to 48 hours.
